About the Position:
We are currently looking for part-time (can grow into full-time) Provisionally Licensed Master's Level Therapists (LMHC-A, LPC) or Postdoctoral Residents who have a strong passion for acquiring experience and competence in the delivery of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for anxiety, OCD, mood, and related disorders.
Individualized supervision will be provided to fulfill requirements for clinical licensure in the state of Indiana. Our clinicians are well-compensated for their work and pride themselves in providing gold-standard treatments that lead to significant symptom improvement in their patients. Candidates must value the delivery of evidence-based treatments, be willing to learn from their colleagues, and strive to enhance a connected, ethical, and compassionate group of clinicians.

We are currently seeking applicants for both of our office locations in Schererville and Chesterton, Indiana. Part-time clinicians agree to a minimum of 14 clinical sessions per week (672 clinical sessions per year) to be eligible for part-time benefits. If the position becomes full time, clinicians agree to a minimum of 23 clinical sessions per week (1104 clinical sessions per year) to be eligible for full time benefits. Clinicians are asked to be available during prime time hours. Applicants available on Saturdays are desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and treating various mental health disorders in-person or via telehealth
  • Completing paperwork via EHR efficiently
  • Consulting with family, school personnel and/or healthcare professionals when appropriate
  • Handling issues related to a fee-for-service private practice and the current healthcare environment
  • Attend one hour of didactics seminar and one hour of individual supervision per week for intensive training and guidance on topics including (but not limited to) Anxiety and OC spectrum disorders, ERP, CBT, ACT, Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and ethical delivery of evidence-based treatments

Compensation and Benefits:
Our clinicians are W2 employees and are compensated on a commission. 
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for individualized health insurance is available for full time clinicians. Unlimited PTO for work-life balance as long as the minimum number of clinical sessions per quarter is met. A generous stipend is offered for all clinicians to be used for continuing professional development annually. Scheduling is flexible as long as clinicians are available during prime time hours. Depending on your experience and competence in using the latest evidence-based interventions, individualized training will be provided. Category II CEs are provided for licensed clinical psychologists during biweekly journal clubs.  Our friendly and efficient front office staff handles all incoming phone inquiries, collection of payment, and up-keeping of patient paperwork. We value team cohesion and meet weekly for engaging and productive administrative meetings and clinical consultations.
