About the Position:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Fully Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Clinical Psychologists (Ph.D./Psy.D.) or Master's Level Therapists (LMHC, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Whether fully licensed or provisionally licensed, we offer individualized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you become an expert in treating anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.

Position Options:
  • Part-Time: Minimum of 14 clinical sessions per week (672 clinical sessions per year) to qualify for part-time benefits.
  • Full-Time: Minimum of 23 clinical sessions per week (1104 clinical sessions per year) to qualify for full-time benefits.
  • Flexible Scheduling with priority for prime time hours (3pm to 7pm or Saturdays).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, either in-person or via telehealth.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, structured interviews, and administer evidence-based measures.
  • Complete all documentation (intake reports, treatment plans, progress notes) accurately and efficiently using EHR.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings, biweekly clinical case consultations, monthly journal club, and marketing meetings.
  • Opportunities to provide clinical supervision of practicum students or post-docs when applicable.

Requirements:
  • Active Indiana license (Ph.D., Psy.D., LMHC, LCPC, LCSW) or license-eligible upon acceptance.
  • Passion for evidence-based treatments, including CBT, ERP, and ACT.
  • Availability during prime time hours (3pm-7pm and/or Saturdays).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Compensation: W2 employment with competitive commission based on licensure, experience, and expertise.
